Great Romantic Movie Moment

Movie: The Good Fairy (1935), a William Wyler romantic comedy with Margaret Sullavan, Hebert Marshall, and Frank Morgan (if you recognize the voice, he was The Wizard).

The innocent Margaret Sullavan goes to Frank Morgan's hotel. He is hoping to be her sugar daddy (ah, the things that 1930s movies got away with!). She has just spent the day with another innocent, Hebert Marshall. Together, they bought her "foxine."

I love the way Sullavan protects the gift she received from her true lover. It may be tacky. It's her tacky.
